Tustumena Smokehouse was elected “Grand Prize Winner” at the 2012 Alaska Symphony of Seafood event. What a huge honor it was! That’s not all though. During the same event Fred West (smoking whizz and owner of the smokehouse) was also awarded first place for “Best Smoked Product” after entering in with his Kylee’s Alaskan Salmon Bacon.
