What do you ship?
All of our products are shippable.

When do you ship?
Our shipping days are Mon.-Wed. each week. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your payment information has been processed. We will contact you by email on the day your order is going out so you know the exact delivery date and tracking number of your package.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the continental United States. Please make sure that the address provided is your physical address where UPS will deliver. UPS will not deliver to a PO box.

How do you ship?
All of our orders are shipped via. UPS Second day air service.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
We will send you an email with your tracking number on the day your order is shipped. You can track your package using the UPS website or by calling the UPS help center. For further assistance you are always welcome to contact us directly by phone or email.

In-store pick up option?
If you would like to visit us in person we would be happy to see you at either of our two locations where our products are available for retail. Our retail store is located at mile post 101.4 of the Sterling Hwy. 6 miles south of Soldotna Alaska. We also welcome visitors at the Tustumena Smokehouse processing plant at the address listed below. If you decide to shop with us in person we can receive your payment at that time as this website is designed to include shipping charges as part of your order total.
