A Tustumena Smokehouse original recipe, these are not your average crab cakes! Jaw dropping delicious, ours Crab Cakes are full of real chunks of crab. We use just enough filler to bind the cakes. Each 1 lb. package comes with 4 delightful cakes.

Founded in 1993, we are family owned and operated and specialize in the curing and smoking of fish and meat. All of our items are cured and smoked in-house using local hardwoods; no manufactured pellets or liquid smoke! Processing by hand and in small batches, we work hard to ensure that each and every batch continues to uphold our reputation for quality, freshness, and excellent taste for all of our fish and meats.
