We use old fashioned open flame smokers & local hardwood to produce the best smoked salmon available commercially (no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives). While our process limits our production, it’s the quality that matters to us. Smoked Sockeye is a healthy & delicious gourmet food. This species of salmon have the most vibrant red color that makes the most stunning finished product.

Comes in 4 flavors, Original (lightly sea-salted), sweet & savory Brown Sugar, spicy Cajun and Lemon Pepper.
