Our Summer Sausage is cured and smoked in-house using only the best ingredients! It comes in a large casing, 2″ in diameter, seasoned and smoked to perfection. A fantastic choice for your next party platter served with cheese and crackers!

Summer Sausage comes in approx. 1lb. vacuum sealed packages. Fully cooked and ready to eat.

All of our items are cured and smoked in-house using local hardwoods; no manufactured pellets or liquid smoke!
