Our Wild Alaska Keta Salmon Lox are brined using kosher salt, brown sugar, and bay leaves. The salmon is cold smoked using natural birch wood, hand sliced & packaged, and shipped right to your door. We use no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives and only produce in small quantities to make sure that every batch is made with the highest quality in mind.

Founded in 1993, we are family owned and operated and specialize in the curing and smoking of fish and meat. All of our items are cured and smoked in-house using local hardwoods; no manufactured pellets or liquid smoke! Processing it by hand and in small batches, we work hard to ensure that each and every batch continues to uphold our reputation for quality, freshness, and excellent taste for all of our fish and meats.
