Smoked Salmon Strips

Our Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon Strips make the most eye catching and festive packages. We hand strip the fillets, brine and then smoke these delicious treats to perfection in our open flame smokers. They require a little more work to produce but the end product is absolutely worth it. Great for on the run snacking or as a sure to impress gift item. Makes a lovely appetizer for your next special occasion or dinner party.

Smoked Salmon Strips comes in 1/4 lb. and 1/2 lb. packages. Available in two flavors, sweet & savory Brown Sugar and our lightly sea salted Original.
